Our Services
Transform NDIS Support believes that EVERYONE has the right to access support to live a vibrant and independent life regardless of race, religion, language spoken, country of origin and any form of disability. We work with community groups, government agencies, health providers and other stakeholders to ensure mental, physical, emotional, and social needs of all participants are met to the highest standards.
We will carry out face to face assessments with you and your representative to understand your strengths, needs, and goals to design support services that will assist you in maintaining and improving your lifestyle, independence, and desired goals.
Our support workers are well adept in supporting you with your activities of daily living, community/social engagement and capability building.
We acknowledge the physical and psychosocial struggles for a lot of individuals. We have extensive experience dealing with mental and physical health challenges with varying levels of complexities. Pricing updates – announcement 22 June 2022
Price inflation of 9% to address cost pressure. Hence, from 1 July 2022 NDIS has increased price limits for services delivered by disability support workers by 9% to mitigate the cost pressures on providers, including:
- Costs associated with managing the COVID-19 pandemic
- NDIS quality and safeguards regulatory requirements
- Fair Work Commission’s recent wage decision
- Superannuation guarantee charge increase.

Making NDIS payments faster and safer
The NDIA has recently concluded a Request for Tender (RFT) to build a new Claims at Point of Support (C-POS) channel, giving participants and providers a faster, more secure way to make their NDIS claims.
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia was successful in this process and will partner with the NDIA to create a better option for managing claims, without the need for participants to pay up front using their own funds.

Continued Covid support for NDIS participants
Minister for the NDIS, the Hon. Bill Shorten, wants to assure participants they will continue to be supported with proportionate and targeted measures that reflect the significant health risks many people with disability continue to face due to COVID-19.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has updated its COVID-19 measures to ensure participants and providers continue to be supported.
